Shaitia Spruell is the Senior Program Officer for the Massachusetts Treasurer’s Office of Economic Empowerment. She oversees programming across Central and Western Mass. Shaitia has a passion for empowering women and youth around social issues that affect them directly. Shaitia also sits as a Commissioner on the Massachusetts Commission on the Status of Women (MCSW) and is a member of the Massachusetts Women of Color Coalition (MAWOCC).
